Sinopec Kantons indirectly held 49% equity in the company through Kantons International Investment Limited, a subsidiary of Sinopec Kantons.As an investment holding company, CHINA ENERGY SHIPPING INVESTMENT has established SPVs with Mitsui OSK Lines to invest six LNG vessels to transport 6.0 million tons of LNG each year which is imported by Sinopec from Australia Pacific LNG.
