Logistics is another core business of the Company. It mainly deals with the investment, operation and management of oil tanker, petrochemicals and special chemicals transportation, including LNG vessel and LPG vessel. By far, the company has formed two joint-ventures with China Shipping LNG Investment Co., Ltd., i.e. EAST CHINA LNG SHIPPING INVESTMENT CO., LIMITED and CHINA ENERGY SHIPPING INVESTMENT CO., LIMITED.Using these joint ventures as a platform, we enhance the progress of PNG LNG and APLNG transportation projects to strengthenthe company's logisticsbusiness, and to secure the safe transportation of national energy & LNG imports of Sinopec.

Our Logistics business includes time-chartered vessels as well. Providing with our best operation and management, the company charters-in VLCCs from worldwide ship owners by long term time charter and then lease to charterer in spot market.
