SINOMART KTS DEVELOPMENT LIMITED (the “Company”), a subsidiary of Sinopec Kantons Holdings Limited, has recently been confirmed by the Labour Department of Hong Kong as a signatory to the Good Employer Charter 2026 and is eligible to use the “Work-Family Balance, Together Strive for Brilliance” logo. Having joined the Charter for three consecutive editions, the Company will also be authorised to use the Charter’s star-rated logo for this edition in recognition of its sustained efforts to implement good human resource management practices.

The Good Employer Charter is an initiative launched by the Labour Department of Hong Kong to promote positive employer–employee relations.

Becoming a signatory reflects the Company’s commitment to safeguarding employees’ rights, supporting their professional development and fostering a positive working environment. Under the theme “Work-Family Balance, Together Strive for Brilliance”, the Good Employer Charter 2026 aims to encourage and recognise employers that support employees’ family care needs, including those of working parents with young children, through flexible and varied family-friendly employment practices.These measures help ease employees’ caregiving pressures and foster a family-friendly workplace culture, benefiting both employers and employees.
